If I'm going to play a part in a school play, I want to play the main role. Here I am, playing General José Artigas, Uruguay's "founding father" (it's a bit more complicated than that, but never mind), and the leader of our revolutionary war against Spain (also complicated). My mother made me the military uniform he wore, she gave me a poncho, my sister lent me some leather boots, and to top it off, a Toledan steel medieval-style sword that looked nothing like the one Artigas used. Not only I played our national hero, I played his GHOST. How fucking hardcore is that?

Incidentally, Taibox misunderstood my script, and thought I was wearing the regular public school uniform (yes, they make kid wear those stupid labcoat things with the even more stupid bows on the front) with just a poncho over it. I wanted to do justice to the costume my mother made me (I don't have pictures, but she basically made me this costume), and Tai wasn't home, so he couldn't correct the art. So I just went ahead and grabbed Photoshop, and I AM THE FUCKING MASTER OF PHOTOSHOP! Yeah, I wasn't going to erase half of the poncho and draw the jacket, but I'm still pretty awesome, right?
